The newer types of mobile homes are a far cry from the very boxy prefabricated looking mobile homes of only a few years ago. There are optios for various floor plans, extra bathrooms and even larger rooms for entertaining. Full kitchens with ample seating and storage area are also a feature of most of the new plans for mobile homes.
Many mobile home sellers offer specialized manufacturers financing which may or may not be a good option depending on your credit score, amount of down payment and the various rates charged by lending institutes and other financial providers. Shop around and know your options before deciding on a lender.
